The Association for Qualitative and Intercultural Studies (A.Q.I.S.) is a legal person, a non-governmental organization, apolitical, independent, scientific and educational body.

The Association was set up in 2008 by a group of academics and professionals in Health, Education and Social Sciences.

A.Q.I.S. objectives:

• Organizing scientific and educational events (professional events, lectures, training courses, workshops, symposiums, conferences);
• Counseling, documenting and informing on areas relevant to social and human sciences;
• Putting together, editing and distributing scientific papers, either belonging to our Association or others (magazines, books, brochures, specialized software, assessment tools, etc.);
• Establishing co-operating relationships and partnerships with persons or similar organizations all around the world;
• Scientific and applied research in the fields of interest;
• Supporting and strengthening the research community.
